  • Rentals must be picked up from the Midwest Simple location in Sioux City, Iowa.

    Larger items are available for delivery for a fee determined with consultation.

  • Yes, a required nonrefundable 25% deposit is due with a signed rental contract to secure rental items on your specified date.

  • No, there is no minimum order required.

  • In order to book your event rentals a 25% non- refundable deposit and a signed rental contract is required.

  • For cancellations within one (1) month prior to the event, the entire amount of contract is still owed to MIDWEST SIMPLE. Prior to the one month deadline, 75% of the total payment is refundable.

  • All dishes and rental items must be returned free of food, liquid, or residue to prevent damage to the item. Any damage to items results in 5x the listed value.

  • YES! If you believe that you have items of interest to Midwest Simple, please send us an email at midwestsimpleiowa@gmail.com with a description of your items(s), cost, and a photo.

  • If an item is damaged, you will be charged the amount to fix or replace it. Any item that is not returned to Midwest Simple will result in a charge of 5x the listed price.

  • The sooner the better! Rentals MUST be scheduled at LEAST two weeks before your event. 100% payment is required 2 weeks before event.
