Rentals must be picked up from the Midwest Simple location in Sioux City, Iowa.
Larger items are available for delivery for a fee determined with consultation.

Yes, a required nonrefundable 25% deposit is due with a signed rental contract to secure rental items on your specified date.

No, there is no minimum order required.

In order to book your event rentals a 25% non- refundable deposit and a signed rental contract is required.

For cancellations within one (1) month prior to the event, the entire amount of contract is still owed to MIDWEST SIMPLE. Prior to the one month deadline, 75% of the total payment is refundable.

All dishes and rental items must be returned free of food, liquid, or residue to prevent damage to the item. Any damage to items results in 5x the listed value.

YES! If you believe that you have items of interest to Midwest Simple, please send us an email at midwestsimpleiowa@gmail.com with a description of your items(s), cost, and a photo.

If an item is damaged, you will be charged the amount to fix or replace it. Any item that is not returned to Midwest Simple will result in a charge of 5x the listed price.

The sooner the better! Rentals MUST be scheduled at LEAST two weeks before your event. 100% payment is required 2 weeks before event.
